Our Story

Empowering Your Journey
to a Sustainable Future

The relationship between Supply Partners and New Energy Training didn’t just happen overnight; it’s a story of dedication and passion. For Supply Partners, the journey began with a vision to improve the quality of representation in the solar industry. Supply Partners’ Innovation and Marketing Director, Lliam Ricketts, set out on a mission to elevate the ethics and accuracy of renewable energy presentations and designs.

Three years ago, Lliam’s whiteboard was filled with questions: How do we provide better ethics in presenting renewable energy? How do we provide more accuracy in designing systems? This quest led us to Israel Vogel, a Vocational Trainer/Assessor and experienced installer. Israel saw our vision and joined our team.

But we needed more than expertise in installation and design; Supply Partners needed to work with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to bring this vision to reality. That’s where Victor and Christine Morrissey stepped in. They have 20 years of experience in owning and running a successful Registered Training Organisation. Christine brings a wealth of experience in business development and strategy. Her commitment to excellence and her strategic thinking have been instrumental in shaping our mission. Victor has over 30 years in the training and human resource development field. He has owned and operated three RTOs and is highly skilled in compliance and audit issues. With their son Patrick as one of Supply Partners’ founding Directors, it was easy to develop a synergy between the two organizations, leading to the development of a training agreement now registered with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

Following that milestone, Sam Magriplis joined us, bringing a wealth of customer service expertise and a strong service-oriented approach. With experience across various roles within Contact Centres and Recruitment, Sam’s ability to identify gaps and areas of development within our operations has been invaluable. His analytical and methodical approach has led to significant improvements in our processes.
